A pure, dry, macerated Muscat with an almost bronze color! A perfectly mastered Orange wine where tannins bring complexity and substance to the palate. The wine remains lively and fresh, with notes of citrus and spices such as white pepper and lemongrass. A surprising and totally mastered cuvée from Domaine Gauby! Vibrant and food-friendly, it shines paired with shellfish like daurade carpaccio.
