Domaine Paul Gaschy was certified by Ecocert in 2012 and received its certification for the 2012 vintage. All vineyard plots are certified organic. Located in Eguisheim, the cradle of Alsatian viticulture, the estate spans 9 hectares, including 25 plots planted with Alsatian grape varieties. For generations, the estate has cultivated the terroirs of the Fronenberg and Rosenberg vineyards, as well as the Grand Cru vineyards of Eichberg, Pfersigberg, and Hengst.
