This cuvée reveals a wild yet refined nose with distinctive aromas of fur and black berries, evolving into a complex bouquet with noble woody notes. The palate is powerful and velvety, structured by full, ripe tannins, showing great depth and elegance. Traditional total de-stemming and fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 15 days to 3 weeks in stainless steel or concrete vats, followed by 18 to 20 months aging in oak tuns. Perfect with duck breast, as well as other rich poultry and game dishes.
Grape variety : Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah
