Aged for at least two years in seasoned barrels using dynamization aligned with lunar phases, this wine is crafted without sulfur dioxide or additives and bottled unfiltered. It boasts a deep purple color and a subtle, expressive nose of ripe grapes. The palate is rich and complex, with a deep, silky structure. This red wine is paired well with duck and turnips.
