Château de Belleverne’s 2022 Beaujolais Blanc, known as the "white pearl" of the region, pours a clear, pale yellow. The bouquet opens with fresh aromas of white flowers, honey, and sweet citrus fruits. As it ages, the wine deepens in color to golden hues and reveals subtle vanilla notes. The palate is fresh and lively, making it an excellent match for seafood platters featuring oysters and shrimp, as well as other light dishes.
