Beaune 1er Cru "Clos des Champs Pimont" 2022 from Domaine Rapet is a beautifully refined Premier Cru Chardonnay from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Fermented and aged in 30% new oak, it reveals a pale gold hue and inviting aromas of apricot, green apple, citrus zest, white flowers, and soft oak nuances. On the palate, it offers creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity and a touch of minerality, culminating in a saline, lingering finish. A well-structured yet fresh white wine, it brings finesse to dishes like lobster, creamy poultry, or aged Comté.
