Château de Belleverne’s 2022 Bourgogne Blanc is a charming, oak-influenced Chardonnay from sustainably farmed vineyards in La Chapelle-de‑Guinchay. Pale straw with green highlights, it opens with delicate floral aromas and fresh white fruit (think apple and pear) lifted by subtle toast. The palate is harmonious and creamy yet lively, offering a balanced texture with refreshing acidity and a saline finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it shines particularly alongside seafood, such as an herbed cod fillet in tomato‑basil sauce.
