The result is a cuvée with fresh aromas of lemon and grapefruit, followed by a more floral dimension, with notes of menthol and fennel underscored by a creamy/airy nuance. The palate is invigorating with a silky texture and vibrant flavors of lemon, citrus, fresh butter, and vanilla pod. A remarkable premier cru to enjoy as an aperitif or with a meal.
