This champagne is vinified mainly (70%) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and aromas, and 30% in barrels to add complexity and a slight woody touch. The entire process is carried out without the addition of sulfites, guaranteeing a more authentic champagne. Another key choice: no dosage. This Brut Nature is therefore ideal for lovers of very pure champagnes.
On the nose, aromas of white fruit, tarte tatin, and almond are revealed. On the second nose, pastry notes and a slight evolution appears
On the palate, this champagne is rich and vinous, with a supple structure and beautiful balance. It seduces with its rich texture and lingering finish.
Grape variety : Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier
