The Contraste cuvée, aged on slats for a minimum of 4 to 5 years, is the result of a blend of two grape varieties, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. 30% of this blend comes from reserve wines.
Its straw yellow color with golden highlights is dotted with fine bubbles.
The nose is intense and buttery, rich in aromas of white berries and citrus fruits.
The attack on the palate is supple, developing aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with a hint of licorice, and the finish is long and persistent.
