A contrasting white wine made exclusively from black grapes grown in Pinot Noir terroir in Côte des Bar and Premier Cru terroir in Bisseuil. With a low dosage of 5.5 g/l, this Extra Brut cuvée reflects the beautiful harmony between terroir and expertise.
The initial nose is immediately pastry-like. With aeration, the expression is enriched with indulgent notes. This cuvée offers a beautiful balance between ripe fruit aromas and cellar maturity.
Palate: The attack is very comfortable, supple, and dressed in a creamy effervescence.
