Champagne Les 7 is a rare and prestigious champagne that can be found on the finest gourmet tables. It's a tribute to the champagnes of yesteryear, produced over 250 years ago. The blend is made from several vintages of a perpetual reserve since 2005. A true jewel that must be drunk once in a lifetime. In the glass, it presents a pale straw color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is expressive, with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and a hint of almond, reflecting its high natural acidity and youthful freshness. A slight herbal touch adds freshness to the bouquet. Crisp and full-bodied, the palate is creamy with a balanced, bright acidity. This champagne is very sensual, with great length on the palate.
