Franck Pascal's Reliance Nature cuvée is a light, airy champagne. The blend is 70% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay.

Notes of yellow fruit, pastry and roasted notes, as well as a touch of lemony citrus.
On the palate, we find the same energy as on the nose, and these gourmet aromas, as well as a lovely minerality that adds an airy touch.
