The 2021 Les Mollières from Bernard Baudry is a vibrant expression of high-altitude Chinon terroir. Striking a deep cherry-red, it bursts with pure red and dark berry aromas (cassis, raspberry) underpinned by earthy, rustic notes. The palate is elegant and focused: ripe red fruit, chalky mineral tension, soil-driven earthiness, and fine-grained tannins. Bright acidity gives it a crisp, lifted finish. With unified structure and purity, this wine is drinking beautifully with mild cheese like goat.
