The 2023 “Vassilia” Rosé from Domaine Fiumicicoli is a richly aromatic, pale-salmon rosé crafted from Sciaccarellu grown organically on Corsica’s quartz-rich Sartène slopes. Its powerful bouquet blends zesty citrus (like grapefruit and mango) with fresh red fruit and clean mineral nuances. On the palate, this rosé delivers a silky yet vibrant texture, layered with exotic fruit, lively acidity, and saline minerality, finishing long and refreshing.
