Domaine Philippe Butin’s 2016 Vin de Paille offers an indulgent, complex experience. The grapes are carefully dried on straw before being pressed. The wine presents a deep amber hue with luscious aromas of mirabelle, quince, dried prune, and rich honey, supported by vibrant acidity that keeps it fresh despite a hefty residual sugar concentration. Its texture is dense yet elegant, offering harmony between sweetness and acidity; ideal with fruit.
