Crisp White Wine Box (6 Bottles)

Slightly toasty nose, reminiscent of fresh bread. Followed by notes of candied fruit. Round and fresh on the palate. It is a Spontaneous fermentation in 500-liter barrels. Aged for 9 months on fine lees in the same oak barrels. No filtration.

Food pairing: Enjoy with oysters or fish, or even Roquefort, sheep's cheese, or country ham.

This Vacqueyras "Mineral" D. Montirius wine opens with aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, and jasmine, layered with subtle notes of honey and ripe pear on the nose. The palate is full-bodied, silky, and fresh, showing a refined balance between richness and a distinctly saline minerality. Its salty finish makes it ideal for seafood, especially dishes with buttery or herbal components. The wine’s floral elegance and structured freshness also shine with cheeses that highlight both creaminess and character. 

Jérémie Huchet is a passionate advocate for the Crus of Muscadet. “Melon de Bourgogne is a subtle grape variety,” he told us, “so it leaves room for the expression of the unique terroir in which it is cultivated.” His Goulaine Cru is from 50 year old vines grown in metamorphic, mineral-rich Gabbro soils in the Clos des Montys vineyard.

Fine cru Muscadet, bottled after 37 months on its fine yeast lees.  It reveals notes of dry grass and hay, with a distinct floral touch and a beautiful mineral finish. The fine, concentrated texture, with its lingering juice, offers great purity and a lovely salty sensation.

This cuvée hails from a southern-exposed clay–limestone terroir in Sancerre and is an elegant showcase of classic Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, it balances discreet aromas of ripe fruits—ripe citrus, pear, and hints of white flowers—with a hint of stony minerality. The palate is linear and refined, delivering pure citrus zest, white fruit flavors, and a saline-mineral finish that lingers with precision and freshness . Fermented with native yeasts and aged one year on the lees in stainless steel, the wine offers length, structure, and finesse, with a beautifully clean and intense profile. Best paired with dry goat cheese.
