Gigondas Terre des Aînés aged Grenache and Mourvèdre. The nose is intense and harmonious, combining licorice, violets, and dark berry aromas with an undercurrent of spice and leather. On the palate, the wine is both powerful and elegant, offering a dense yet supple texture thanks to firm, fine tannins and a vibrant, mineral-infused freshness. Its structure and depth make it ideal with rich lamb or pepper-spiced meats, as the fruit and spice echo the dishes while the tannins provide balance. Best paired with lamb shoulder with rosemary.
