Why I love this Wine
This wine has a fine tannic structure with notes of cherry, good length on the palate and harmonious balance thanks to the minerality of the terroir. Aromas of cherry, red berries, delicate spice, and a hint of toasted oak from 12–15 months in barrels. Fresh and mineral, with structured yet silky tannins, notes of black and red fruit, subtle wood, and a persistent, balanced finish. Best paired with game birds.
