Why I love this Wine
This wine is made entirely from the Chardonnay grape, flaunting a brilliant yellow, with flashes of green. It fills the nose with aromas of mature fruit and florals. On the palate it is ample and beautifully structured, rich and elegant, fruity, with a fresh, mineral finish. Pair with creamy herb-sauced fish or grilled prawns to round the mid-palate, allowing the crisp acidity to keep the dish balanced. For cheese, try it with and aged goat cheese.
