Why I love this Wine
The nose opens with intensely smoky, toasted notes combined with ripe mirabelle plum, peach, apricot, and fresh hazelnut, showcasing the wine’s complexity and foudre aging. On the palate, it balances energy and fullness remarkably well, presenting a harmonious interplay and a long, sapid finish. This is a dry Pinot Gris with a racy backbone and sophisticated structure. Its smoky edge and nutty accents make it an excellent match for rich dishes, from creamy poultry and foie gras to aged cheeses.
