Under the stewardship of Erwan Buchwalter and Anne‑Cécile Pflieger since 2022, Château de Lucey continues its organic legacy on 6.7 ha in Lucey. The 2019 “Chapitre 19” Roussette is crafted from 100% Altesse grapes grown on steep Marestel slopes. With a golden hue and a nose offering stone fruit, candied citrus, hawthorn blossom, and honeyed nuance, this wine reveals real intrigue and complexity. On the palate, it's smooth and slightly textured, with vibrant minerality, tension, and a lingering finish — a refined and expressive example of Savoie's signature alpine white. best paired with fondue.
