Why I love this Wine
Hailing from clay‑limestone slopes in Rully’s Chaponnière climat, this 2023 Pinot Noir matures for 12 months in 228 L oak (with ~10–35% new). Poured, it shines with a cherry‑ruby hue and delivers a fresh, fruity bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of gentle smoke. The palate is generous yet crisp; ripe black cherry dominates, framed by polished, crunchy tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is smooth, elegant, and delightfully juicy. Perfect as an aperitif with charcuterie or barbecue, and versatile alongside duck or escargots.
