Saint-Chinian "Une et Mille Nuits" Domaine Canet-Valette • 2015 • Languedoc
Deep and distinguished, Une et Mille Nuits is a full-bodied wine. The grapes were vatted for between 70 and 90 days with punching down. The wine was aged for two years in large oak barrels and demi-muids for 50% of the wine. This certified organic wine delivers wild aromas of garrigue and black fruits. Its palate is concentrated and delivers a very silky and indulgent aspect that allows it to pair deliciously with rabbit in a tomato and herb sauce.
