Why I love this Wine
Château Chambert-Marbuzet was classified as a Cru Bourgeois in 1932, then became a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur in 2003. Château Chambert-Marbuzet has a five-hectare vineyard. The Duboscq family also owns Château Haut-Marbuzet. This Saint-Estèphe is one of the wines sought after by Bordeaux wine lovers.
Notes of crushed red berries, raspberry, and a hint of violet, combined with touches of cherry blossom, tart blackcurrant candy, and a hint of flowers.
On the palate it is fruity, balanced, offering a tart/juicy structure, good definition, smoothness.
