Dominated by juicy black fruits (think blackberry, plum, and cassis), it gains depth from masterful oak aging. Spicy notes of pepper, cardamom, and subtle smoky bacon complement smooth, polished tannins. The palate is lush and round, with a liquorice-tinged finish and impressive length. While approachable now, its structure ensures excellent aging potential through 2033. A refined, gourmet example of Northern Rhône Syrah; deeply fruity, spicy, and elegantly balanced. Best paired with veal.
