Produced from the esteemed Clos Paradis vineyard home of the 2023 vintage is a powerful example of terroir-driven Sancerre. Working by biodynamic and lunar calendar methods, the wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged 12 months on its fine lees in stainless steel, showcasing both purity and complexity. On the nose, aromas of stone, citrus zest, white flowers, pear, honey, and acacia unfold, reflecting both freshness and minerality. The palate is well-balanced, marrying amplitude with tension, sustained by crisp acidity and a stony salinity. The wine finishes long, precise, and pure; an exceptional expression of terroir and finesse. Best paired with grilled white fish.
