This expressive cuvée is defined by its rich, ripe primary aromas of apple and pear, followed by citrus zest and delicate spices. The palate is ample and generous, beautifully marrying richness with freshness, and showcasing great aromatic and emotional intensity. Characterized by its dense, rich, and exceptionally persistent finish, this wine is vinified naturally on indigenous yeasts and aged for one year on lees in stainless steel. Paired well with scallops.
