Why I love this Wine
Producing Sancerre wines for 10 generations on 60 hectares, Domaine Fouassier offers an elegant, flavorful red with plenty of character. Certified by the Biodyvin and Demeter labels, this Sancerre has a distinctive nose evoking cooked black fruit and humus. On the palate, it is concentrated, with lots of fruit and a beautiful structure. This wine is ideal with red meats in sauce.
